HUANIMARO, GTO.- A new sports school is underway in this municipality through the Municipal Sports Commission, this is in the discipline of Basketball. The activities will be on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:30 in the afternoon at the facilities of the Sports Unit.
José Luis Martínez Soria, head of the COMUDE Huanímaro, in an interview with El Sol de Irapuato, commented on the importance of these sports schools, since through them they will begin to work on the formation of the selective teams with which they will be able to participate in different categories and branches representing Huanímaro.
Work has already begun with a first group thanks to the support and endorsement of the current public administration, such as Mayor Laura Villalpando, who has been concerned with promoting sports, who was presented with the project to create sports schools and this is already on its way.
