Bacosi and Rossetti find the final for gold in the Mixed Team of skeet – OA Sport

At the 2022 clay pigeon shooting world championships, currently taking place in Osijek, skeet Italy tries to win one last very important medal.

In the Mixed Team contest of skeet seniors, Diana Bacosi and Gabriele Rossetti in fact managed to hit the gold medal final – which will start at 4pm then – after finishing the qualifying session in first place, with a score of 146/150 (73 out of 75 for both).

To challenge the Azzurri there will be the very strong Great Britain of Amber Hill and Ben Llewellin who earned this chance, following the 145/150 final, beating Kazakhstan in the shoot off, bound to one of the two finals for the bronze.

By the way Bronze Medal Match, the matches that will precede the final for the world title, will see the United States and France compete against each other and, precisely, Kazakhstan and Great Britain 2. Nothing to do instead for the second tricolor couple in the race: Chiara Di Marziantonio and Elia Sdruccioli complete their test settling in eighth place (142/150).

From 4 pm again fire to the powders, in a competition that – it should be remembered – at the 2024 Olympics in Paris will be part of the Olympic program.
