The players refused to play the qualifications this Saturday, because of the state of the courts, considered “bad”, according to information collected by journalist José Morgado.
The matches should still take place but at another place in the city. Tournament management intends to do what is necessary to fix up the courts before the main draw begins, which is on Monday.
