On their floor, the Lakers beat Denver 121-110. The duo formed by LeBron James (26 points) and Anthony Davis (23 points) was decisive in giving new coach Darvin Ham this first victory. Coming from the bench, Russell Westbrook, for his part, scored 18 points.
The Lakers were, until Sunday, the last team not to win a single game.
