Paris Saint-Germain struggled to beat mid-table Troyes. Seven goals were created with Les Parisiens winning 4-3.
In the match which was held at the Parc des Princes, Saturday (29/10/2022) night WIB, Troyes was surprisingly fast in the third minute.
Mama Balde escaped the control of the PSG defender to meet the ball with a hard kick into the top corner of Gianluigi Donnarumma’s goal.
PSG, who continued to attack Troyes, could only equalize the score in the 24th minute through the slick cooperation of Neymar and Carlos Soler. The last name received a chip pass from Neymar, then passed the goalkeeper, before slotting the ball into the net.
PSG did not want to waste the opportunity to turn ahead as soon as possible, but the 1-1 score lasted until halftime.

Mama Balde made her second goal when she received her partner’s bait in the penalty box. Balde calmly controlled the ball for a moment, before directing the ball into the corner of the net.
Troyes’ advantage only lasted three minutes because Lionel Messi was able to equalize the score. Following a Sergio Ramos pass, Messi was able to find space from outside the box and the ball curled past a defender to find Gauthier Gallon’s goal.
PSG took the lead in this match for the first time when Neymar scored in the 62nd minute. Messi got the ball in midfield and quickly sent Neymar running into the box to shoot into the top right corner of Gallon’s goal.
Kylian Mbappe also scored in the 75th minute after Soler was fouled. Mbappe coolly placed the ball out of Gallon’s reach, namely the right corner.
Troyes could still reduce the score to 3-4 in the 88th minute when Renaud Ripart headed in Ante Palaversa’s cross.
Paris Saint-Germain won and maintained their unbeaten run this season in Ligue 1 to 13 games, 11 wins and two draws. They have 35 points at the top of the league table, five points clear of Lens. Troyes is in 11th place with 13 points.
