Tired of weights, swimming, CrossFit and Pilates? You are right! Much better to choose one discipline among the many new original sports which have flourished in recent years, such as trapeze and acrobatic dance, the bouldering (i.e. indoor climbing) or, for Olympics fans, fencing or archery lessons.
And if by now boxing and padel are all the rage everywhere, those who do not want to give up the classic soccer game can try it in its new version in the dark, with a name that says it all: lighting ball.
