These are the World Cup teams from ARD and ZDF
Now it’s clear who is analyzing in the desert!
ARD and ZDF have named their teams for the World Cup in Qatar (November 20th to December 18th). Among the experts are prominent ex-national players.
The ARD relies on Thomas Hitzlsperger and Sami Khedira, who sit together with Almuth Schult in a round with moderator Alexander Bommes. This is usually used in the afternoon and evening – in the WM studio in Mainz. Thomas Broich is an expert in the early games – alongside moderator Julia Scharf.

Esther Sedlaczek reports from the stadiums in Qatar with world champion Bastian Schweinsteiger as an expert at her side. Lea Wagner is in the quarters of the German team.
