Barcelona won 4-0 at the headquarters of Cadiz. The Blaugrana’s winning goals were created by Frenkie de Jong, Robert Lewandowski, Ansu Fati and Ousmane Dembele.
Barcelona travels to the Estadio Nuevo Marandilla to face Cadiz in the fifth match of the Spanish League, Saturday (10/9). The visitors controlled the game for 90 minutes.
They recorded possession of the ball by 70.6 percent compared to Cadiz who only 29.4 percent. However, Barcelona threw away opportunities in the first half until the score remained 0-0 after halftime.
Barcelona could only break the deadlock in the 55th minute through Frenkie de Jong’s goal. Substitute Robert Lewandowski then scored the second for Xavi Hernandez’s side in the 65th minute. Barcelona could add two goals in the final minute through Ansu Fati in the 85th minute and Ousmane Dembele in injury time.
Barcelona closed the game with a 4-0 win. This result brings El Barca to the top of the standings with 13 points, one point ahead of Real Madrid in second position. Meanwhile, Cadiz is sinking at the bottom of the standings with no points yet.
The course of the match
Barcelona opened up opportunities in the fifth minute. Memphis Depay was still able to open fire in the midst of the siege of the Cadiz players. However, his efforts can still be dammed Cadiz goalkeeper, Jeremaias Ledesma.

Substitute Robert Lewandowski doubled Barcelona’s lead 10 minutes later. The Blaugrana broke into Cadiz’s goal with a scheme that was almost similar to the first goal.
This time, the moving Raphinha stabbed at the right side of Cadiz’s defense. The crisis was back in front of Cadiz after Ledesma tried to ambush the ball.
Gol!!! Lewandowski’s turn quickly grabbed the ball to register his name on the scoreboard.
Ledesma once again had to work hard under Cadiz’s rule. He brilliantly blocked Ousmane Dembele’s kick.
At the last minute, the match was postponed due to health problems experienced by fans in the stands. Ledesma reacted quickly by trying to throw the medicine box.

The game resumed after more than half an hour delay. Barcelona added one goal through a quick counter-attack.
Gol!! Lewandowski stabbed into the front of Cadiz’s goal. He was not selfish by passing the ball to Ansu Fati who well used it as a goal.
Barcelona closed the game with a 4-0 win. Ousmane Dembele scored a goal at the end of the match after his shot in front of the penalty box could not be dammed Ledesma.
