What is behind the video of a Cetis 100 student from Nayarit attacking a classmate and teacher

In a video that has circulated on social networks, the moment in which allegedly a student defended his teacher from his classmateafter she became violent in the classroom after the request that she leave her cell phone.

However, the images have caused a stir, since the discussion between both students and a teacher from a Center for Technological, Industrial and Services Studies (A whale) in Nayarit, was beaten and physically assaulted.

The events occurred in Cetis 100 from Tepic, allegedly as a result of the teacher asking the student to leave her mobile phone to continue with the classes. She at the time she would have become violent with the teacher, so a classmate wanted to stop her.

As the actions occur, the other students yell “Hey, calm down!” and “Stop it!” The teacher, who was in the middle of the fight between the students with her cell phone in her hand, is hair taken by the student after getting up from the last push that his partner gave him.

Without responding to the aggression, the teacher seems to be trying to contact someone by phone to come to the classroom, while with her left arm she begins to caress the student’s hair to calm her down.

“Let’s see, We want to help you, but you won’t let yourself be helped”, The teacher told him, who seconds later asked the rest of the students to continue recording the aggression.

“We want to support you and you don’t let yourself, you don’t let yourself, you don’t let yourself be helped, they had already talked to you, they had already talked to your mother and you don’t want to understand,” added the teacher, who was still being pulled by the hair.

Finally, the woman managed to have contact with someone, apparently from security, whom she asked to come to the room to help her control the violent situation.

The Commission asserted that if the integrity of the students had not been protected, it would be reproached negligence on the part of the school as well as the teaching staff by not promoting an adequate school environment, against bullying and bullying.

Likewise, they exhorted the directors and teachers of the aforementioned Cetis to comply with the obligation to adopt measures that guarantee the rights of adolescents, physically and morally, around their activities carried out within the campus.
