Singapore (VNA) – The Vietnamese archery team took first place in the overall standings of Singapore Archery Open 2022 with seven gold medals.
Specifically, Nguyen Thi Thanh Nhi, Nguyen Manh Dat and Nguyen Minh Quy won gold in the individual archery event.
Other gold medals also belonged to Nguyen Duy, Nguyen Manh Dat, Nong Van Linh in the men’s single-rope team event; to Nguyen Van Day, Nguyen Minh Quy, Tran Trung Hieu in the men’s three-string team event; to Le Pham Ngoc Anh, Huynh Thi Hong Gam and Nguyen Thi Hai Chau in the women’s three-string team event.
The Vietnamese archery team participated in this tournament with 12 archers. It was his first international tournament since the 31st SEA Games. -VNA
