Hanoi (VNA)- The Vietnamese team ranks first in the Singapore Open Tournament in 2022 by winning seven gold medals.
This is the first international competition in which the Vietnamese team participates with 12 athletes from the XXXI Southeast Asian Sports Games (SEA Games 31).
Among the Vietnamese representatives, Nguyen Thi Thanh Nhi and Do Thi Nguyet Anh won the gold medal in the collective female category of arco with a rope, meanwhile Thanh Nhi also achieved the second gold distinction in the individual modality.
In addition, the remaining gold medals were achieved by the Vietnamese archers in the women’s and men’s modalities of both individual and collective forms./.
