VIDEO ⟩ “Is he dead?” “Twitter” users are shocked by a particularly brutal slaughter in the popular Russian “Top Dog” organization

“Top Dog” is a Russian combat sports organization where wrestlers fight without gloves in a “ring” made of hay bales.

Latvian wrestler Daniils Vesņenoks has also fought in this organization. His second in this tournament has also been the leading kickboxer of Latvia, Zaurs Džavadovs, who, while visiting the TVNET group’s podcast “Champions’s breakfast”, spoke critically about the brutality of this organization.

“It’s a show, but it’s not a sport by any means! I’m an athlete and I like to watch the competition,” said Javadov.

The brutality of the format offered by the “Top Dog” organization was once again confirmed in a video published by ESPN, which received widespread attention.

In the comments of this video, Twitter users highlighted the brutality of the visible slaughter.

One user was concerned about the health of the knocked out wrestler: “Is he dead?”

“Some of this makes sense,” another user added.

“The way his body reacted indicates that the central nervous system started working. Very sad and hard to watch. This man should never return to the ring,” another user was concerned about the wrestler’s health.

“Since when do people pay to see blood,” another user highlighted the brutality of combat sports.
