The PSB Judo is back to school… It’s time to register from 4 years old! • macommune.info

The past season has seen the club’s licensees excel in various competitions. At the BFC minimal championships, two judokas climbed to the top step of the podium, thus pocketing their ticket for the French championships. As for the youngest, four girls and a boy left with the most precious metal medal at the Franche-Comté Benjamin basin cup. Finally, the cadets are not left out with two judokas on the podium at the Doubs-Jura bi-departmental championships.

A judo for all, adapted to the greatest number and competition

The encouraging results of the past sporting season suggest a serene future and the club continues to project itself into the future. This year, the PSB will again work in favor of judo education for all, by offering judo adapted to as many people as possible.

And for competitive spirits looking for healthy and frank confrontations, they will also find their account. The PSB is a training club. The judokas who are trained there can apply for the Pôle Espoir de Besançon.

Finally, and as it has done for many years, the PSB will participate in the development of women’s judo. For this, each new member who will be sponsored will be offered a kimono in the colors of the club, and a weekly course reserved for girls will be offered to those already registered for a mixed course within the PSB.

An ideal discipline for children

The PSB welcomes children from 4 years old. Judo is the most suitable basic activity. He gives self-confidence to shy children and the most turbulent structure. It helps them control their energy and better manage discipline. On a physical level, he learns among other things to position his back correctly, to have a good balance on his legs, to lock his pelvis well and to lift a load. Although an individual sport, it initiates community life and respect for other judokas.

“Judo is learning a discipline while having fun”

This sport is for everyone, both girls and boys. For those who are still hesitating, it’s not too late to register.

In addition to judo, like last year, the PSB offers two other activities: body training and jujitsu – self-defence. Also, everyone will be able to find the discipline that suits them, taught with a playful pedagogy adapted to each age group by qualified teachers.
