The centenary of the FEB unveils its logo

The 2022/23 will be in the federative competitions the campaign to celebrate its Centenary. The logo, revealed in this video, will appear on the balls with which all the games of the season will be played.
One of the first steps has been the creation of the Centenary Logo, which will be printed on all the balls with which the matches of the FEB competitions of the 2022/23 season will be played.
The logo focuses on the number 100 and is based on the evolution of the different logos in the history of the Spanish Federation until it adapts to the outline of the heart of the current one. The use of the gold color reflects the winning and excellence vocation of the FEB.
A new symbol that looks to a hopeful future based on the successful path of the Federation’s history. To which is added the motto ‘Our History, Our Future’. 100 years of basketball with a hopeful future.
ONE OF THE NATIONAL FEDERATIONS WITH THE MOST HISTORY Under the name of the Spanish Basketball Federation, the FEB was founded in Barcelona on July 31, 1923. Its first president, as well as founder, was Fidel Bricall. The FEB is therefore one of the national federations with the longest history in world basketball, 9 years older than FIBA itself, which it joined in 1933, and 26 more than the NBA.
