The 6th of the Pre Federal closed with victories for Córdoba and Atlético Saladas

Córdoba and Atlético Saladas triumphed in their Pre-Federal basketball commitments at the end of the sixth date of the contest, which ended the first round of the competition. While the capital team beat Antorcha, as a visitor, the Saladeños, on their field, beat San Lorenzo.

In the tournament organized by the Federation of the Province of Corrientes, the matches took place in the town of Saladas.

For Group 1, Córdoba added a great victory by beating Antorcha and in overtime by 101 to 84. The team from the capital had Ariel Romero (29 points) and Agustín Revidatti (23 points) as their top scorers, while in the local cast Cristián Rauch was the scorer with 34 points, accompanied by Lucio Sánchez with 12 points.

The team led by Germán “Chiche” Roldán, was able to turn the scoreboard of the match, after being down for a large part, to force extra time by equalizing at 80. For Group 2, also in Saladas, the host, Atlético, added a new victory by beating San Lorenzo de Monte Caseros by 87 to 76. In the host, the tasks of Matías Núñez stood out with 23 points and Sergio Mora with 14, while in casereño the scorer was Diego Pérez Díaz with 35 points, accompanied by Agustín Samaniego with 14 points.

With this victory, Atlético reached its fifth consecutive celebration, which keeps it as the only leader in Group 1, while San Lorenzo continues without being able to win so far in the contest, where it has already accumulated four consecutive defeats.

In addition, on the sixth date, the following finals were recorded: Union (Goya) 75 – El Tala 83 and Amad 91 – Hércules 65.
