The Third Section of the Court of Almería has postponed to September 16 the appearance of admission to prison of the soccer player Santi Mina, initially indicated for this Thursday.
Mina had to appear at the request of the private prosecution after being sentenced in the first instance to four years in prison for sexually abusing a woman in 2017 during a vacation in the municipality of Mojácar.
As reported by the Superior Court of Justice of Andalusia (TSJA), in the coming days, It will be determined “if all or any of the parties and the interested party attend the hearing in person or electronically”.
