Panini sheets will come in Coca-Cola bottles from D1 stores: details

Since the Qatar 2022 World Cup album was released for sale, hundreds of fans have flocked to points of sale to get sheets, envelopes or boxes with which they could complete it in the shortest possible time.

Although several days have passed since its distribution in stores or supermarkets, many have not been able to obtain the 638 ‘stickers’ that complete the current edition of the album.

It should be remembered that since it was put up for sale, the company itself published the official rates that users must pay to purchase the different products: $9,900 per paperback album; $34,900 per hardcover edition; $364,000 per box of slides (104 envelopes); and $3,500 for an envelope of 5 sheets.

Panini announces exclusive sheets in D1 stores

Through a statement published on its official channels, the Italian publisher informed those who collect the World Cup album who should be attentive to the release of 8 special sheets, which can be obtained in specific Coca-Cola products.

“We launched a special edition of 8 adhesive sheets that are part of this new collection that can be obtained on the back of the labels of Coca Cola Sin Azúcar products in the 1.5L, 2.5L and 1.75L presentations,” the document reads. .

Panini explained that in the case of the sheets that are included in the last presentation, that is, the 1.75 liter one, can only be purchased at D1 stores.

They also sent a message to those who are looking for the sheets in informal markets, since, as they mention, there are people who are falsifying some of the album’s sheets.

“We have detected that resellers and/or unscrupulous people are marketing counterfeit versions that may eventually affect their original collection, and that is why we want to make them a very special invitation to live the passion of the World Cup, acquiring these sheets directly in the Coca Cola products without sugar”, they added.

Finally, they made it clear that acquiring suspicious prints puts the album’s total authenticity at risk.
