The Bor amateur basketball association hosted on Wednesday 14 September at the Primo Maggio sports center in Trieste “BASKETBALL DAY” dedicated to all elementary and middle schools with Slovenian teaching language in the city center.
In this way, 300 children from the Finžgar primary schools of Barcola, Župančič of San Giovanni, Ribičič / Širok of San Giacomo, Grbec of Servola and Milčinski of Cattinara and of the Cankar of San Giacomo and Ciril in Metod di Cattinara.
The organizational contribution of the managers of the Bor was important, who judged the initiative positively and thanked the teachers, professors and principals for their collaboration. Great enthusiasm among the very young, satisfied with the experience and also rewarded with a welcome donut.
