The world champion sees the chances differently, even trusts the DFB to win the title, probably also because of Jamal Musiala (19): “We have a strong team, can beat any opponent and become world champions. We have young players in all positions.”
That’s why he is now messing with the fans and continues to write: “How about simply approaching the World Cup in a positive way and not criticizing the team and causing unrest?”
His advice to the fans: “Stay positive and support the team together.” He puts a winking smiley and folded hands behind it – true to the motto “Hope dies last”.

Clear words from our world champion!
Boateng ran 76 times under ex-national coach Joachim Löw (62). However, it has been four years since his last assignment. A few months after the 2018 World Cup, Löw kicked him out of the national team.

Unlike Thomas Müller (33), Boateng did not return to the DFB under Flick and has not played at Olympique Lyon this season either. His chances of being at the World Cup in Qatar are close to zero.
