MotoGP schedule today. MotoGP San Marino 2022 will be staged tonight. Honda, Yamaha, Ducati have alternated champions in the last four seasons, so who is the winner this time?

The San Marino MotoGP tends to present different winners from year to year. Since 2018 the last edition riders from the three biggest manufacturers have been champions at Misano; starting from Andrea Dovizioso (Ducati) in 2018, then won by Marc Marquez (Honda) in 2019, Franco Morbidelli (Yamaha) in 2020, and Francesco Bagnaia (Ducati) in 2021.

MotoGP San Marino 2022 will be held at the Misano Circuit on Sunday (4/9/2022). The race starts at 19.00 WIB.

Ducati showed an impressive performance after the four riders controlled the two front rows. The factory Ducati duo, Jack Miller, made sure to start at the forefront after being the fastest in the qualifying session, yesterday (3/9) followed by teammate Francesco Bagnaia. However, the Italian rider had to go down three grids after being awarded a penalty for slowing down on the race track in FP1.

Thus, the starting position changes. Gresini’s Enea Bastianini will occupy the second grid ahead of Marco Bezzecchi and Maverick Vinales. Bagnaia started fifth ahead of Johann Zarco.

Defending MotoGP champion Fabio Quartararo only started from eighth. Although not promising enough, Quartararo nevertheless managed to show a brilliant performance when facing a similar situation in Austria two weeks ago. At that time, this French rider started fifth and then sped off by finishing second at the end of the race.
