Helena Ciak is the most capped of the players of the France team which is playing the World Cup in Australia (entering the line Thursday against the host country, 12:30 p.m. French time).
The 32-year-old player, 123 selections before the competition, agreed to share her daily life with the readers of “L’Équipe”.
