France team: four expelled, match stopped … why the Bleuets unpinned

A defeat that tarnishes the image of the France team. This Sunday during the international tournament of Limoges (Haute-Vienne), the France U 18 team saw its match against Poland stop fifteen minutes from the end because four of its players were expelled. A meeting cannot, in fact, be continued if one of the two teams finds itself at 7 on the ground. While the score was tied (2-2) at the break, the team coached by 1998 world champion Bernard Diomede completely lost his nerve. Ilyes Housni (55th), Jeanuël Belocian (60th), Yoni Gomis (72nd) then Darnell Bile (75th) were therefore expelled in the space of only twenty minutes.
