‘FIFA 23’: Wanyama, the toughest player in MLS

CF Montreal midfielder Victor Wanyama is the toughest player in Major League Soccer (MLS) according to the ‘FIFA 23’ game odds released on Friday.

The Kenyan was given the rating of 88 in this exercise, ahead of Lucas Cavallini (Vancouver Whitecaps), Doneil Henry (Toronto FC) and Yeimar Gomez Andrade (Seattle Timbers), all at 86.

Djordje Mihailovic, who will join Dutch club Alkmaar Zaanstreek in January, is the other Montreal squad to feature in today’s rankings. He shows a potential rated at 81, which is the 10th best in MLS.

Los Angeles FC newcomer Gareth Bale dominates in shot quality. At 84, the Welshman is ahead of his teammate Carlos Vela (79).

Bale and Vela also share an overall rating of 81, third best in the league behind team-mate Giorgio Chiellini (84) and Lorenzo Insigne (84, Toronto FC).
