Guided tours the Rocca di San Paolino, the village of Ripafratta and the medieval towers; walks to discover the canals and waterways of the area; excursions on Monte Pisano touching towers, fortresses, hermitages and churches; descents by rubber dinghy, canoe and SUP on the Serchio river; experiences in nature for boys; yoga in the woods; historical archery; sports, music, book presentations, genuine food, craft beer and artisanal ice cream.
Two days full of activities to discover a unique territory, that of Ripafratta, a village in the municipality of San Giuliano Terme: Feast of the Rocca and its territory which turns 10 in 2022 and celebrates them with the richest program ever. The event will be held Saturday 10 and Sunday 11 September, organized by the Pro Loco Ripafratta association ‘Salviamo La Rocca’ as part of the Sangiulianese September. Some initiatives require reservations, and it is possible to register directly from the site. No reservations for lunches and dinners are required, nor for evening concerts. In the usual spirit of the festival, most of the initiatives are free to donate. Further information on this can be found in the program. The Festival is organized with the collaboration of the association ‘The Thing’ and with the patronage of the Municipality of San Giuliano Terme, as well as with the help of many local associations that organize the various initiatives.
