The pandoering against Club Brugge in the Champions League is heavy on the stomach of some Porto supporters. Last night they vented their anger at the car driven by trainer Sergio Conceiçao’s wife.
The Portuguese daily Record reported today that Liliana, the wife of Sergio Conceiçao, wanted to leave the stadium with their sons Rodrigo (22) and Jose (7) after the 0-4 humiliation by Club Brugge.
However, the family was attacked in their car by fans who threw stones.
Porto condemns the attack near the Estadio do Dragao. “We also regret the lack of protection from the authorities and we hope that the perpetrator or perpetrators are quickly caught.”
