Everything ready in Madryn for a new date of the Basketball Arena Regional Sur 2022

Organized by the Undersecretary of Sports of the Municipality of Puerto Madryn and the Argentine Women’s Federation of Maxi Basketball, a new date of the Arena Regional Sur 2022 Basketball tournament will be played. It will be on Friday 14, Saturday 15 and Sunday 16 October, in the categories Mixed +35, Mixed -35, Sub 18 Free and Female + 30, +40 and +50.

For this event, several teams have already confirmed their participation, which will arrive representing different provinces of the country. Registration is open until Monday, October 10. In the Mixed +35 category, all the players must be over 35 years old or turn 35 in 2022. In the Free Sub 18, they must be between 14 and 18 years old or turn in 2022. If a player aged 14 or 17 years old birthday in 2022 is considered Under 18.

REGULATORY ASPECTS

– A player can play in another category as long as he appears on the list in good faith.

– You can make all the changes you want, without restrictions.

– Players can play as long as they want.

– Teams must be prepared to start at the indicated time (5 minute tolerance).

– 8 players to register on the list in good faith, but maximum 6 players on the game sheet.

– Both in the regular classification zone and in the finals, there will be 2 halves of 10 minutes each.

– Each team may request a maximum of 2 minutes per match.

– 4 minimum games are guaranteed and one more game to reach the final.

– Keep in mind that the tournament takes place on Friday, Saturday and Sunday and the final is on the last day, so on the same day (Saturday) the team plays two games.

– Each category has a minimum (4) of teams and a maximum (8), always preserving that the number of teams is even (4/6/8).
