Seattle Mariners rookie sensation Julius Rodriguez and his Dominican countryman Vladimir Guerrero Jr. they’re breaking up the Major Leagues thanks to the impressive records they’re racking up for their top-tier hitting.

In the case of Julius Rodriguezwho signed a million-dollar extension with Seattle a few weeks ago, accomplished a feat never seen before by becoming the first rookie in major league history to enter the 25-25 club in his first year (25 home runs, 25 stolen bases).

The feat was achieved by cheating the second pad in the fifth inning when Seattle Mariners won this Wednesday 3-0; in that game he also shot his 26th homer of the season.

On the other hand Vladimir Guerrero Jr. made all Hispanic baseball fans celebrate by shooting a home run this Wednesday that represented the number 100 of his major league career.

The Hall of Famer’s son hit the ball across center field off Drew Rasmussen of the Tampa Bay Rays and He became just the second Dominican to reach 100 home runs faster, only behind Juan Soto who did it in 23 years and 169 days.

The projections of both show that if they maintain the level they could have a fruitful career full of records in the Major Leagues.
