Catawba Two Kings Kasino is targeting a significant upswing in the form of the NFL in the coming months after the casino officially opened a retail sportsbook.
This means the temporary Catawba Nation venue now has a sports betting shop with its own name, agent/teller services with voucher redemption and 30 betting kiosks in the designated area and throughout the facility.
This means visitors can now place bets on a range of sports including auto racing, baseball, basketball, boxing, soccer, golf, hockey, mixed martial arts and soccer.
The Two Kings sportsbook and kiosks are operated by International Gambling Technology under an agreement with the Catawba Nation Gaming Authority, with Delaware North also advises on the operations.
The Catawba Nation will be offering sports betting at the casino as part of their agreement with the state of North Carolina.
“We are very pleased to be able to offer a sportsbook and betting kiosks at Catawba Two Kings Casino so that our loyal customers can enjoy sports betting,” said Trent TroxelVice President of the Catawba Nation Gaming Authority.
“We also anticipate that a new audience in the Charlotte area and beyond will discover the casino when they want to bet on their favorite teams.”
Catawba Two Kings Casino opened in July 2021 with 500 slots and expanded to 1,000 in December including electronic table games. Several additional pre-built modular structures have been added to the temporary facility to accommodate this latest expansion.
