Cassano’s advice to Ronaldo: Retire!

Jakarta

Antonio Cassano suggested Cristiano Ronaldo end his career in the world of football. CR7 is judged to be unable to compete at the highest level.

Ronaldo has been sluggish since the start of the 2022/2023 season. Not only at club level, the 37-year-old also joined the national team.

Ronaldo has only scored one goal in eight appearances for Manchester United in all competitions this season. His only goal was scored from the spot against FC Sheriff in the Europa League.

Cristiano Ronaldo’s performance in the Portugal national team was also not better. He failed to score in two UEFA Nations League 2022/2023 matches and was unable to deliver Selection of Quinas through to the semifinals.

If drawn further, Ronaldo has been fasting for three months with the Portuguese national team. The former Real Madrid player last scored against his opponent at international level against Switzerland last June.

Ronaldo’s poor performance with MU and Portugal has been under the spotlight of former Italy and Real Madrid striker Antonio Cassano. He judged CR7 was up and suggested he hang up his boots.

“At this point, Cristiano has to help himself and realize if you don’t reach a certain level, you have to end your career,” Cassano told reporters. Sport Cainequoted from Daily Mail.

“He has won everything, he is a phenomenon. Stop! You have to stop or you will only spend time on the bench,” he said of Cristiano Ronaldo.
