Avranches: an event organized around adapted sport

The Departmental Committee for Adapted Sport of the Channel (CDSA 50), in partnership with sports associations of Avranches, organizes the event “Move with Adapted Sport” on Thursday October 13 2022.

“This day, intended to introduce all the sports suitable for people with disabilities and which generally welcomes nearly a hundred people, will change the place of practice compared to previous years: it will be organized at the Michèle Vallaeys room, 40 rue Jean de Vittel in Avranches” indicates Florent Desfaudais, Federal Technical Advisor to the Departmental Committee for Adapted Sport in La Manche.

A dozen workshops

The event will therefore take place from 10:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. A dozen sports workshops will be offered, including archery, kickboxing, kin-ball, petanque, sports shooting, karate, vortex, sports-health workshop … Participants must come with their FFSA license or a discovery license, appropriate clothing and a picnic with a water bottle or cup.
