Another postponement in the Clean Hands case, various parties request additional investigative actions | Sport

Until a day before the hearing, those involved could request additional investigative acts. Several parties have already done so. It is now up to the investigating judge to review those questions and determine whether new investigative acts are needed.

It is not certain how long that will take – everything depends on the decision of the investigating judge. It will be a while before the biggest lawsuit in Belgian football history can really start. It was expected that the case would turn into a procedural battle. Earlier, lawyers successfully rebuffed the investigative methods used for the first time. They then unsuccessfully appealed against the decision that had approved the research methods used.
