Success for the Ambassador of Smile Award 2022 with a boom in attendance.
An evening full of emotions for the ninth of the prestigious International Award Ambassador of Smiles, held on Monday 19 September in the courtyard of the Maschio Angioino in Naples. This recognition is dedicated to the personalities who gave prestige to the Neapolitan city, this year in memory of the master Sergio Bruni, singer-songwriter and symbol of the Neapolitan twentieth century.
The event is promoted by Angelo Iannelliicon of the Pulcinella mask in the world, and organized byVesuvius Association in collaboration with the Municipality of Naples. During the ceremony, important personalities of the Italian cultural and artistic panorama were awarded who donated their art to the less fortunate, giving everyone a smile. In fact, the absolute protagonists of the evening were the special boys Martina Barba, Francesca Giovelli and Bitca Daria Alexandrto who danced to the notes of the maestro Sergio Bruni, with great public participation. Among those present Vincenzo Mosca president of the Gragnano disabled association.
The evening-event was presented by Erennio De Vita, Edda Cioffi, Angelo Iannelli and Emanuela Gambardellasupported by Mara Mollo and Lucia Schettinowho illuminated the event with the historic slogan “to give a smile it takes very little to have a big heart”.
The evening opened with Majorette Sailors, followed by a fashion moment by the Maria Mauro Academy which dedicated the scenography to the master Sergio Bruni. Open applause for the play of light and the Neapolitan tarantella of the Passione Danza dance school, space for the body painting of the artist Anita De Vivo and the revolving show by Aigul Duisheeva, all awarded. The sculpture of recognition by Luigi Calì went to the world champion of judo Marco Maddaloni, to the president of Confesercenti Campania Vincenzo Schiavo, who was awarded by the magistrate Catello Maresca already ambassador of the smile, the world swimming champion Angela Procida, the former Commander Military Airport Capodichino Vito Vicari, the singer Marco Sentieri, the well-known comedian and imitator de Zelig Enzo Costanza, the journalist Monica Cito, and many others.
Protagonists of culture, society and entertainment too Enzo Avitabile, Giuseppe De Carlo, Luigi Calì, Bruno Ciniglia, Gianluigi Osteri, Massimo Amitrano, Pasquale Santarpaia, Giulia Accardo. During the event there was the awarding of the literary and artistic poetic competition referring to artists and cultural operators who have particularly distinguished themselves for their social and cultural commitment: in the section in language Sergio Spena from Naples, section in vernacular Renato Di Pane from Messina, social section Lucia Ruocco from Amalfi, painting section Sergio Grilli from Arezzo, photography section Marcello Eraldi from Naples, short stories section Grazia Doctor from Messina and sculpture section Jose ‘Luis Majca from Peru. Vesuvius Prize for Giuseppe Perone, Claudio Torino Critics Prize, Giulia Grimaldi Young Talent Prize. Honorable mention for Anita Napolitano.
The 15th edition of «I Art Paths»Which highlighted artists such as the Japanese Taizo Hiroga, the Venezuelan Carmela P. Centanni, the Peruvian Josue ‘luis Majca, Nadia Basso, Marco Fratiello, Claudio Torino, Lucia Ruocco, Marino di Lorenzo, Vincenzo Maio, Giovanni Cardiero and Marcello Eraldi. For the institutions present at the evening the Mayor of Brusciano Giacomo Romano, the Mayor of Camposano honorable Francesco Barbato, the deputy mayor of Mariglianella Felice Porcaro. The event was filmed by various television broadcasters such as Campania Felix, Irpinia News, Artes Tv, Web TV1 and Club Economy Tv.
