ALEX Espargaro predicts Jorge Martin will be as good as Marc Marquez. Pramac Racing’s Jorge Martin is one of the newcomers to be reckoned with in the 2022 MotoGP.
Martinator – the nickname of Jorge Martin – has just undergone his second season in the MotoGP class. So far, he has proven his capability by winning two podiums and is ranked 10th in the standings with 94 points.
Espargaro said that Martin had sufficient speed and stability to be able to compete in MotoGP this season. In fact, Martin is also considered to have similar abilities to Marquez, as one of the best MotoGP racers to date.
“Personally I think, in terms of stability and speed,” said Aleix Espargaro.
“Jorge Martin is the closest to Marc Marquez who is on the MotoGP grid at the moment,” he added.
