After Tuchel was sacked, should Klopp be out?

Jakarta, CNN Indonesia

Defeat Liverpool from Naples in Liga Champions in making position Jurgen Klopp questionable. One day after Thomas Tuchel was sacked by Chelsea, should Klopp leave?

Even though they still have support, not a few calls for Jurgen Klopp to appear on social media after Liverpool were massacred by Napoli 1-4 at the Diego Maradona Stadium, Naples, Wednesday (7/9) night local time.

Liverpool’s inconsistent game this season is one of the reasons Klopp is starting to get pressure. Even Klopp’s achievements are arguably 11-12 with Tuchel, who has just been sacked by Chelsea.

From seven Liverpool matches this season, Virgil van Dijk and his friends won two, drew three and lost two. While Tuchel won three wins, one draw, and three defeats with Chelsea.

Then does Klopp deserve to be sacked by Liverpool like Tuchel was sacked by Chelsea?

For now the answer: no.

Klopp and Tuchel, who have both coached Borussia Dortmund, faced a different situation earlier this season. Tuchel does not experience the storm of injury problems Klopp has at Liverpool at the moment.

There have been a number of key Chelsea players injured, such as Ngolo Kante and Edouard Mendy, but the Blues still have a good replacement.

Tuchel even made Chelsea the club in Europe with the most spending in the transfer market this season after spending up to 251.9 million pounds.

In contrast Liverpool only spent a total of £81.2 million to buy Darwin Nunez, Calvin Ramsay and Fabio Carvalho.

Liverpool’s game with Klopp requires a commitment of 100 percent of players throughout the 90 minutes of the match, and this has not been shown by Jordan Henderson and his friends so far.

There was no consistent pressure or gegenpressing throughout the game. In addition, Liverpool’s defense is very bad following the decline in Virgil van Dijk’s game chart.

All of these problems must be resolved immediately if Klopp does not want Liverpool to continue to be in a slump, as well as secure his position at Anfield.

One thing is for sure Klopp has always been able to get out of trouble during his time at Liverpool, and the Reds fans have always given full support.
