His probation officer allegedly caught him using a urinary device to pass a drug test. The incident happened on July 26 when his probation officer in Utah ordered YB into his office for a drug test. Initially, the rapper would have tried to avoid it by all means before trying to cheat.
Ronald C. Gathe, Jr. of the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Central District of Louisiana said:
“The observing officer noticed that a device was being used to allow urine to enter the test cup. When questioned, the accused quickly pulled up his pants. The accused denied using a device and did not comply with the officers’ attempts to show them the device. The accused was informed that the test would be canceled and that a second sample would be required. The accused was instructed to stay in the hall and not to leave under any circumstances. However, he left the office without permission before providing a second sample.”
The next day, July 27, YB took a drug test and his urine sample came back positive for cannabis. Additionally, NBA YoungBoy allegedly violated his probation by traveling to a recording studio in California without obtaining permission from his probation officer to complete his trip.
