Hate letter against women’s football
Unbelievable process in Swiss women’s football!
Tatjana Haenni (55), director of women’s football in the Swiss Football Association, published a letter on Twitter on Thursday that the former player received. The letter, whose sender she has anonymized, is pure hate mail against women’s football.
The writer describes women’s football as “lesbian horsetail string in ass football” and other disgusting, sexist and misogynistic insults.

Haenni was the first Uefa employee to focus exclusively on women’s football. From 1999 to 2017 she worked at Fifa as head of the women’s soccer department.
Among other things, she was responsible for organizing the finals of the women’s soccer world championships, including the 2011 World Cup in Germany and 2015 in Canada.
