In a video circulating on social networks, it is shown Rosario Oaks, former secretary of Social development, getting ready before leaving prison Santa Martha Acatitla, after three years of being deprived of her liberty for the crimes of improper exercise of public service in its omission modality, by causing damage to the federal treasury for more than 5 billion pesos, in the journalistic case known as ‘The Master Scam’ .
Wearing a red coat, black tennis shoes, beige trousers and with his hair tied back, he thanks his companions with his hand on his chest: “Thank you, thank you, with all my heart, thank you very much,” is heard in the video.

Robles presented before the FGR a request for a change of precautionary measures, in order to be able to continue his trial in freedom with the imposition of the restrictions that the law indicates for these cases, because of the various illnesses that afflict him and because of his age.
What is Robles accused of?
The Master swindler is one of the most scandalous frauds in the history of Mexico, which includes 11 federal agencies that were allegedly used to divert millions during the government of Enrique Pena Nieto.
The three agencies that allegedly participated in the diversions were the Social Development Secretariat (SEDESOL), headed by Rosario Robles, the National Works Bank (BANOBRAS), and Petróleos Mexicanos (PEMEX), headed by Emilio Lozoya Austin.
