Fortitudo will be a guest of ParmaClima on Wednesday 3 August for the last challenge of the triptych. Playball at 20.30.
With the sweep on the Campidonico Grizzlies Turin filed away, UnipolSai Fortitudo baseball returns to the field, Wednesday 3 August, in the recovery of game 3 of the triptych against ParmaClima, valid for the first intergirone day of the Poule Scudetto. The challenge, starting at 8.30 pm, will be held at the ” Nino Cavalli ” in Parma and will be dedicated to community pitchers.
” We come from a challenging time with many matches in a few days with high temperatures and several kilometers traveled. However, it was a positive period that we want to try to maintain until the end of the playoffs. Every match and every training session must be played with commitment and intensity in order to continue our growth in view of the postseason ” these are the words of manager Daniele Frignani.
UnipolSai Fortitudo will still have to do without Francesco Fuzzi while Bertossi, Martini and Lampe should be available after Turin with physical ailments. The starter of the challenge with the ducals will be Murilo Brolo Gouvea.
ParmaClima back from the sweep made in the derby with Collecchio with the following results: 1-5, 3-6 and 1-5. Poma’s men are currently second in group A of the Poule Scudetto halfway through the game behind the leaders of San Marino.
