U18 Kawasaki Brave Thunders
U18 Kawasaki Brave Thunders was established in April 2020 with the aim of producing players who can play an active role in the following categories such as the top team of Kawasaki Brave Thunders and universities.
With the motto of “From intense defense to fast transition basketball”, we are active 5-6 times a week at the gymnasium in Kawasaki City. In basketball practice, we are brushing up the individual skills and team tactics that are needed in the U18s. In addition, we are focusing on building a body that does not lose or get injured under the guidance of a strength coach dedicated to the youth team. A dedicated trainer is always with you, so we have a support system in place for treatment of injuries and recovery from injuries.
As a team, our goal is to advance through the B.LEAGUE U18 REGIONAL LEAGUE and B.LEAGUE U18 CHAMPIONSHIP tournaments hosted by B.LEAGUE. Starting this year, we will participate in the Kawasaki City Memorial Citizens Basketball Tournament sponsored by the Kawasaki Basketball Association and the Kanagawa U18 Basketball League tournament sponsored by the Kanagawa Basketball Association, with the aim of developing players and winning the team.
