They present the 2022 edition of the Mexican Baseball Fiesta in Tucson, Arizona – El Sol de Hermosillo

The eleventh edition of the Mexican Baseball Fiesta was presented in the city of Tucson, Arizona, which will take place from October 6 to 9 with the presence of the teams of the Liga Arco Mexicana del Pacífico, a tournament that serves as part of its preparation for the 202-23 season.

At a press conference, the event was announced, in which Naranjeros de Hermosillo, Yaquis de Ciudad Obregón, Mayos de Navojoa, Águilas de Mexicali and the University of Arizona team that competes in NCAA collegiate baseball will participate.

For Naranjeros de Hermosillo, it represents continuing with a whole tradition, since the ninth orange has been present since the first edition of a tournament that has brought Mexican winter baseball to Arizona, California, Nevada and Texas.

At the presentation, the organizing committee was present with Mike Feder, in the company of Francisco Gámez Jr. sports manager of Naranjeros, as well as the Mexican consul in Tucson, Rafael Barceló and the coach of the Arizona Wildcats, Chip Hale.
