TO THE DELIBERATE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF OBERA – MISIONES
Of our most consideration:
We are pleased to address you, the members of this Legislative Body, for the purpose of submitting for your consideration and approval, the following ORDINANCE PROJECT, which literally reads as follows:
REF: Establishing an elevated path in front of the entrance of the Ian Barney I Complex

THAT, the location of the existing Lomo de Burro on Juan Areco does not meet its objective of protecting the users of the Lan Barney I Complex, because it is far from the place of greatest pedestrian traffic.
That, at the Lan Barney I Sports Complex, sports practices are held in the initiation and training categories such as football, karate, athletics, Judo and Hockey. Likewise, in the Ian Barney II Complex sports practices of competition or federated teams corresponding to specific categories are carried out.
That, Piedra Buena street and its continuation with Juan Areco street is an artery located in a central area, with fluid and intense vehicular traffic.
For this reason, the implementation of speed reducers destined to force drivers to slow down is of the utmost importance, thus controlling the risk situation for pedestrians and motorists.

That due to the large number of athletes, families and teachers who circulate to and from the Lan Barney 1 complex, especially in the evening hours, the presence of an elevated pedestrian path in the right place, that is, in front of the entrance to the Barney I lan complex.
As an Annex we attach photographic samples of the place where we request the elevated path.
That, being the Traffic Directorate in conjunction with Public Works, who must guarantee and promote a normal order and safety of pedestrian and vehicular traffic in the municipality, is that as a Block we request the construction of an elevated path where the pedestrian path is currently located. –

THUS:
THE CITY OF OBERA DELIBERATE COUNCIL
