Maccabi emerged unscathed from a very complicated first period thanks to numerous saves from Peretz (note : 8/10), who disgusted the Nice attackers and constantly reassured his partners. If the star Zahavi (note : 4/10)was very discreet, Jovanovic (note : 7/10) did the job for two in front, deflecting the ball with a header on the opener and notably forcing Bard to save a goal on the line (78th).
