The Muse of the Javelin gets the 5th place in the Diamond League stage in strong competition / Article

The most successful for Muse in five throws was the first attempt, in which her javelin flew 60.54 meters.

Two-time world champion Australian Kelsey Lee Barber won with a result of 64.50 meters. Further in the top three in the competition of nine participants were world championship bronze medalist Japanese javelin thrower Haruka Kitaguchi (62.37 meters) and Mackenzie Little (61.76 meters), whose zero behind her compatriot Barber earned a silver medal at the British Commonwealth Games.

Kitaguchi is in the lead with 23 points in the overall ranking of the Diamond League season after the results of three rounds, while Mūze moved to second position with 14 points.

The men’s javelin was not included in the Diamond League stage in Monaco.
