Many animations

In the afternoon, the Knights’ tournament will open with a horse parade, with an Arabian thoroughbred, a Spanish thoroughbred and two beautiful Lusitano horses. But then the unfolding of the actions remains almost a secret: a wedding in the feudal era, jugglers, fire-eaters, “excessive” fights between men-at-arms… and perhaps with the public . Games, competitions and activities in the medieval spirit will be offered to children, jousting on wooden horses, archery, initiation courses, etc.
The Knights forged their own weapons, and the ladies sewed their costumes. Many of these remarkable pieces, faithfully reconstructed, will be exhibited and even made in front of visitors.
In the village of flavors, local traders and producers will offer local products.
The company of Knights and Gentlemen of Occitania, with several dozen amateur actors, has been shining for 20 years already throughout Occitania from its residence-fief of Brassac.
The benefits of this day will go to the Friends of the Château de Bonnery association for restoration work on the building.
