Days ago we announced the rivals of San Martín de Esquel for the Pre Federal Basketball Tournament for the first category, while now the schedule of matches has been confirmed, where there will be an advanced meeting for this weekend and it was stipulated that the Final Four is played during the weekend of November 19 and 20.
San Martín de Esquel will play its first two games as a visitor, where on Saturday, August 27, it will face Los Pehuenes de San Carlos de Bariloche, while the following day, it will have to travel to the town of Dina Huapi to face the Municipal cast.
Their first home game will be against Dina Huapi, on Saturday, September 3, while a week later the cast of Daniel Kees will host Zorros de San Martín de Los Andes.
The cast of our city, which is directed by Daniel Kees, will share the group with Los Pehuenes de Bariloche, Municipal Bariloche, Zorros de San Martín de los Andes, Municipal Dina Huapi and Municipal Zapala.
The tournament will take place in two rounds, round trip matches, where the first two will qualify for the Final Four, while there will be a reclassification from the third to the sixth placed to classify the other two teams precisely for this Final Four.
The Final Four will be played during the weekend of November 19 and 20, with the requalifier being played the previous weekend.
Let us remember that San Martín de Esquel participated last year in the Pre-Federal Tournament, where it qualified for the Final Four that, after so many twists and turns, was played in our city, where Zorros de San Martín de los Andes had been crowned champion, in both San Martin had reached third place on the podium.
