Radebeul. At the beginning of the new school year, many families ask themselves how the free time of the children and young people can be spent sensibly. And adults too, especially seniors, often ask themselves what they do in their free time or where they can do volunteer work and support.

The 1st Radebeuler Vereintag on September 3rd this year from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in front of the Radebeuler Kultur-Bahnhof offers the best opportunity to find out about the work and the diverse offers of the Radebeuler clubs. The day is organized by Team Radebeul. The Radebeul family initiative, the German Child Protection Association (DKSB), the Astroclub, the adult education center, the Radebeuler Ballspielclub (RBC), the Yorokobi e. V., the Radebeul Fencing Club, the Colorful Radebeul Alliance, the KuKü e. V., the Traditionsbahn Radebeul e. V., the German Red Cross KV Dresden Land, the Elbtalkreis-Meißen People’s Solidarity, the Catholic Women’s Social Service, the cultural association of the city library, the support association of the Karl May Museum, the Radebeul food bank and other associations and initiatives, all of which have exciting campaigns and prepared information stands.

For example, at Traditionsbahn Radebeul eV, you can take a ride on the hand lever trolley on the museum platform and view the historic narrow-gauge train. Food and drink is also provided. The children’s and youth circus Sanro with the children’s culture caravan is expected for the stage program. The men’s choir “Liederkranz 1844” and the Lößnitzchor will make musical contributions. There will also be demonstrations of sports such as fencing, judo and aikido. (SZ)
