PT LIB Calls 3 Clubs about Online Gambling Sponsors, Here’s the Result

BOLASPORT.COM – PT Liga Indonesia Baru (LIB) has established communication with three Liga 1 clubs regarding the alleged sponsorship of online gambling, namely Arema FC, Persikabo 1973, and PSIS Semarang.

In a meeting with the management of Arema FC, Persikabo 1973, PSIS Semarang on Thursday (25/8/2022) discussed the cooperation between the three clubs with companies affiliated with gambling.

President Director of PT LIB, Akhmad Hadian Lukita said his party had communicated with the business departments of each club.

The virtual meeting went well because each club explained in detail.

Even representatives of Arema FC, Persikabo and PSIS also explained about the agreed cooperation clauses.

From these detailed explanations, each club said that they did not cooperate with gambling sites.

The three clubs also confirmed that they only cooperated with news portals or online media and had nothing to do with gambling sites.

“In the information submitted to us, the three teams have collaborated with news portal companies or online media,” said Ahmad Lukita as reported by BolaSport.com from the official PSSI website, Friday (26/8/2022).
