Lhe State Police has intensified checks on the territory. Primary objectives were the identification of subjects of operational interest, the prevention and repression of crimes.
In this regard, during the service, agents of the PS Commissariat of Priolo Gargallo denounced a young man of 20 who, during a roadside check, was found in possession of a baseball bat.
Bringing a baseball bat out of one’s home without justifiable reason, to be considered an improper weapon, constitutes a crime even if there are no circumstances of time and place indicative of its clear usability for the offense to the person.
