Not a day like any other: Boris Becker and Michael Stich win Olympic gold in doubles in Barcelona in 1992

It was a piece of German tennis history. At the 5. August 1992 Boris Becker and Michael Stich won the gold medal at the Summer Olympics in Barcelona.

The two Wimbledon winners defeated the South Africans Wayne Ferreira and Piet Norval 7: 6 (7: 5), 4: 6, 7: 6 (7: 5) and 6: 3 in the final, which was then played over three winning sets.
