If you combine several items with different shipping costs when you place your order, the total shipping cost will be the highest value. In this case, the shipping costs are not included.
We offer price based shipping.
If the total order value is less than €99.99, we will charge €9.90 for shipping and if the total order value is more than €100, we offer free shipping in this case.

There are no additional freight charges.
We deliver products within Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, France, Italy, Spain, Sweden and the United Kingdom. If you would like to have your order delivered to other countries, please contact us at [email protected]. We deliver smaller items and a large part of the furniture as parcel delivery via various parcel services or by a forwarding company.
Delivery is curbside. The item is delivered disassembled in boxes. Payment on delivery is not possible. The exact delivery date will be agreed with you by telephone for delivery by the forwarder. Please note that furniture can consist of several packages.
The delivery times
Delivery from us is very fast. Goods that can be delivered immediately will leave the warehouse the next day and will be delivered to your address within 3 to 5 working days, but the delivery time can vary greatly per destination. For goods that are not in stock, the delivery time is shown on the article page. Our delivery time starts after receipt of payment.
Out of stock / partial deliveries
In general, we deliver your order completely, but despite all planning and especially in the high season (autumn/Christmas) it can happen that something is missing in stock. In this case, we will ship the available part of your order within 3 working days. You will be automatically notified of the planned delivery date of the out-of-stock item. In principle, no additional port charges are incurred for partial deliveries.
